Forms of Dukkha. Our heart: the most obscure thing in our life. Duality. One-pointedness. Appana Samadhi: the Nibbana of the little man. Everybody who wants to train his mind can dot it. Heart and Mind are one unity: Citta. The path leading to the end of Dukkha has Three Columns: Sila (Five Precepts), Samadhi and Panna. Sati: Mindfulness. Panna is the Wisdom to look at one's heart. Wisdom is not a kind of conclusion. The Fourth Column: Gratitude, Respect and Generosity. Recognizing good teachers. Kalyana-mitta: the spiritual friend. Stopping the mind's engines.
