Is Life a sin? Not punishing ourselves. Boiling up the Kilesas. Celibacy, austerity, why do the monks do it? Sexuality. Afraid of tigers, pain, illness, fear of death, death itself: getting rid of them in order to live a life of Freedom. Being slaves of the Kilesas, of Avijja. Conventions. Not being afraid. Prisoners of the Five Khandas. Mindfulness: the key to control the Five Khandas. Strolling out and bringing in restlessness. Who is control of the body? Nibbana: the ultimate happiness.
