Raga tanha- use asubha practice to overcome it. “Go on reverse gear of kilesa”. Be greedy for calm. Be greedy for practice and direct your anger against kilesa, it's is a very powerful skill and a good tool to use against the kilesas. The great masters advise it, because anger is a big ball of energy if directed against the kilesas. It is a skillful mean to give the kilesas a “blow”.
